Yes, it's been a while, hasn't it? Things are happening. Slowly. But hey! that's better than not at all.
You can now buy my prints and cards from Art Star! You can shop their website, but I highly recommend stopping in at their shop if you're ever in the Northern Liberties area of Philly. First, NoLibs is a great area with fantastic restaurants, shops, etc. Not to mention there's tons of the typical Philly stuff within walking distance. But Art Star is a must if you're even close to the area. They have such an amazing collection of work from local artists and other artists from across the country. I could have gone bankrupt in there. But anyway. They're carrying my stuff now. Yay!
1. Bird on Wheels by Lisa Hurwitz
2. Black V Neck T with Fabric Flower by forEvamore
3. Small Bowl by Stephanie Kao for Robert Siegel Ceramics
So that's a step in the right direction! But lots more work to do. And right now I'm a bit distracted with... moving to Oregon! Yeh! So I guess we've got a place to put all our stuff and call home. It's in Jacksonville, which isn't exactly where we wanted to live, but it's an awesome historic town very close to where we wanted. It seems like a fantastic area, with lots of opportunities for the both of us. Looks like we'll be making the long trek across country the end of this month. I don't want to say too much about it yet, but I'm excited!
But for now I must get moving. My Mister is in a wonderful production of Man of La Mancha, and tomorrow I'm heading out to take photos for them again. Must be prepared!

Good luck on the move - sounds exciting. I finally got to Art Star this summer (Was born in Philly, but I live in Des Moines, IA) and it was definitely better in person - they have an awesome shop, great space, terrific neighborhood + they're super nice to boot. Congrats on selling your prints there - you're among some of the best. Just happened here - excited to read about your move, etc.
